Bowel Cancer UK appoints first Scotland fundraising manager

Bowel Cancer UK, has announced the appointment of its first Scotland fundraising manager, Emma Macleod.
Emma joins Bowel Cancer UK’s Scotland office, based in Edinburgh, having most recently worked for the Children’s Hospice Association Scotland. Prior to that, Emma was partnerships co-ordinator for the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation in Australia, where she managed a $1.5 million donor portfolio.
Luke Squires, director of fundraising for Bowel Cancer UK, said:

“Emma’s appointment reflects the important role that fundraising has to play in helping to increase our impact for all affected by bowel cancer in Scotland. With Emma on board we have a wonderful opportunity to grow our income and presence so we can save more lives in Scotland.”
