Over 30 celebrities have recorded the sound of their breathing for adding to a new fundraising campaign song and video by Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

Indeed, over 200 people, including those living with the condition, contributed the sounds of their breaths to accompany the track entitled ‘Breathe – Life Unlimited’, part of the charity’s campaign to raise “awareness of cystic fibrosis and the fight for a Life Unlimited by this condition”.

Celebrities who took part included:

  • Sarah Millican, comedian
  • James Corden, actor/presenter/writer
  • Lorraine Kelly, presenter
  • Jeremy Vine, presenter
  • Jenny Agutter, actor
  • Nick Mohammed, actor
  • Matt Cardle, Musician
  • Sophie Ellis Bextor, singer/model

The video that accompanies the song features Sophie Grace Holmes and depicts some of the realities of life with cystic fibrosis. The charity is seeking funding for research to help ensure that cystic fibrosis is no longer a life-limiting condition.

Cystic Fibrosis Trust is encouraging the public to share the video, and also to make a donation, take part in its fundraising events, and to help it campaign for better services and care for people with cystic fibrosis.
