THINK Digital opens nonprofit digital benchmark survey
THINK Digital Solutions are inviting UK charities and not-for-profit organisations to take part in its Digital Benchmark Survey. The annual survey is designed to help organisations assess how their use of digital tools compares to that of others.
The 23-question survey covers a range of digital activity from website conversion rates to analytics. Information contributed remains confidential, say THINK. Only findings from aggregated data will be published.
The survey’s questions will help answer questions such as:
- what’s the average amount of emails a charity sends?
- what’s the average donation page conversion?
- how many website visits should a charity be getting?
All organisations which take part will receive a copy of the results from THINK Digital Solutions. UK Fundraising will also share some of the findings.
THINK has been running the survey for its digital forum members for several years. This is the first time they have extended it to the wider charity sector.
You can complete the Nonprofit Digital Survey now.
It closes on 6 June 2014.
