The Fundraiser magazine to be free online

Howard Lake | 28 January 2014 | News

The Fundraiser magazine is from today being published online with no charge for access.
The Fundraiser was first published in 2011 by Wilmington Publishing and Information Ltd, which offers a range of charity sector titles and services including Charity Choice, Smee & Ford, and CaritasData.
It has published Charity Choice, the directory of charities, in print since 1988. The online version was launched in 1998.
In 2006 the company introduced a free online donations service in partnership with the Co-op Bank.
The print magazine of The Fundraiser features interviews, news, how to guides, case studies, content from the Institute of Fundraising, and an Ask the Experts feature. The entire archive of published articles, including the latest January issue, will be published for free online.
Tanya Noronha, publisher for Charity Choice, said:

“We are always looking for more ways we can support charities and the important work they do. We decided to take The Fundraiser magazine online so that it would be free for all charities to access, meaning we can help a wider range of people and encourage more sharing within the sector.”
