Fundraising Ireland’s National Fundraising Conference will take place on 11th April in Dublin, the organisation has announced.
Upskill Me Inspire Me’ has been designed by fundraisers for fundraisers, Fundraising Irelands says, and will feature a range of speakers from Ireland and England who have expertise in direct marketing, major donors, donor communications, events and legacies.
As well as the main event on 11th April there will be a masterclass the day before on donor communications led by Denisa Casement, Pat Lyons and Lisa Sargent. The masterclass will give a working overview of the Donor Communications model: the basic principles and donor communications cycle, the psychology behind why it works, how to tailor it to suit your organisation at any stage and how to make the case to your board.
The masterclass and conference will take place at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel (formerly the Burlington) at Upper Leeson St, Dublin. The conference will cost €190 for members and €240 for non members. The masterclass is €90 and €125 for non members. There is a discount of 10% for those who attended last year’s conference.
Fundraising Ireland have still to confirm some speakers for the conference.
