Rachel Beer joins Burnett Works

Rachel Beer, founder of NFPtweetup, has joined charity fundraising, marketing and communications specialists Burnett Works as development director. She previously worked at agency Beautiful World which she co-founded.
At the same time Burnett Works has promoted Jaz Nannar to managing director. Current managing director Jackie Fowler has now become the company’s chairman.
Jackie Fowler commented that Beer

“brings a breadth of fundraising, marketing and communications experience and is well known for her expertise in digital and direct gained from working with numerous charities”.

Nannar has been deputy MD for seven years and has worked on campaigns ranging from Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning and The Salvation Army’s legacy and in memory programme.
Nannar said of Beer’s appointment:
