Charity data insight achievements recognised in second Insight in Fundraising Awards
The second annual Insight in Fundraising Awards last night recognised the best in the use of data insight in fundraising.
The Insight in Fundraising Awards were established last year by the Institute of Fundraising's Insight in Fundraising Special Interest Group (IoF Insight SIG) to reward best practice and innovation in harnessing data and insight to improve fundraising performance in the charity sector. This year’s awards attracted twice as many entries as 2012 and the gala dinner ceremony in London was attended by 200 fundraisers and fundraising analysts.
New insight category to be added to the National Awards
At the ceremony, Janet Snedden, Chair of the IoF Insight SIG and Director of Metametrics, announced a partnership with the Institute of Fundraising's National Awards, "which will serve to promote the use of intelligent data analysis even further across the fundraising sector."
