We have four fantastic opportunities to join the Fundraising Department.  You will contribute to the exciting projects and programmes we are currently working on which make a huge difference to improving equine welfare worldwide.

The Individual Giving Team delivers nearly 85% of the charity’s income through Direct Marketing, Legacy and Community functions. Direct Marketing recruit and develop new supporters, Legacies manage the leaving of gifts by supporters and Community organise events in the UK and oversees in aid of The Brooke.  We are keen to continue our creative and innovative work for The Brooke.

The Major Relationships Team is responsible for all “relationship-based” fundraising and covers major gift fundraising (trusts, corporate, major & middle donors) in the UK. We are a new team in post with ambitious plans to grow income for the Brooke.   

The positions we have available are:

Individual Giving Team

(Permanent position, Salary circa £54,800 per annum)

We are looking for an inspirational individual with strong communication skills to significantly contribute to the fundraising strategy and lead the direct marketing, legacies and community fundraising teams.

(Maternity cover position, Salary circa £42,200 per annum)

We are looking for a strong communicator with demonstrable experience of managing donor recruitment and development programmes in the charity sector.  Responsible for delivering the DM strategy, you will be methodical and analytical, with excellent reporting skills. 

Major Relationships Team

(Permanent position, Salary circa £37,500 per annum)

We are looking for an organised, confident and motivated team player to lead the Brooke’s Trust fundraising activity in the UK, through building new relationships, developing the fundraising plan and creating new income generation.

(Permanent position, Salary circa £28,200 per annum)

We are looking for an organised, confident and enthusiastic relationship builder to coordinate The Brooke’s Corporate fundraising activity in the UK to build profitable and long term fundraising relationships.
