Blackbaud Europe launches new consultancy bb1

Blackbaud Europe has announced the formation of bb1, a new consultancy that serves charities and not-for-profit organisations with strategy, creative and digital services.
The bb1 team includes a combination of Blackbaud and former Convio consultants. It offers organisational analysis, design strategy andservices, change management, and strategy services.
Martin Campbell, Blackbaud Europe’s director of innovation and strategy, said that the new consultancy had been set up “to help charities better use Blackbaud and other open source technology and move to a more multi-channel and integrated approach in fundraising, communications and delivering services.”

He added: “These are challenging times for charities and whilst Blackbaud has an excellent track record in providing the software to deal with those challenges, we were also aware of a gap in the way charities adapt internally and use the technology”.
Eltham College in south east London is the first client of the new consultancy. Bb1 carried out a comprehensive digital review for the institution.
