Adrian Cutcliffe has been appointed as Global Head of Communications at specialist fundraising services provider the Fundraising Initiatives group. The newly created role is designed to support the organisation’s recent international growth and new service releases planned for 2013.
Cutcliffe was previously marketing manager at Blackbaud Europe where he he spearheaded development of Blackbaud’s annual Global SONI (State of the Nonprofit Industry) Survey.

Cutcliffe joins his former Blackbaud Europe colleague Martin Jervis who, as Chief Operating Officer at Fundraising Initiatives, has focused on new product development to support charities in managing donor acquisition and stewardship, while reducing supporter attrition.
Jervis said: “Adrian Cutcliffe brings a crucial skill set with significant fundraising experience and influence at an international level. He joins our team to help us deliver new integrated fundraising services to nonprofits around the world, ensuring communications policies are consistent and our brand and reputation convey across all channels and all borders effectively”.
As well as operating in the Americas, Europe and South Africa, Fundraising Initiatives is also planning to expand into India and Australasia.
