IoF Convention to include Dragons' Den-style pitch with £5000 on offer

This July’s National Fundraising Conference will include a Dragons’ Den style funding challenge, offering up to £5,000 in funding for a charity’s next project.
The challenge will take place on the Tuesday evening of the three-day conference in London. Up to five fundraisers will be given the chance to pitch to the Institute’s as yet unnamed ‘Dragons’. The prize is intended to help a particularly innovative fundraising idea or product get off the ground.
Selected participants will have five minutes in which to pitch their ideas, in front of an audience of their peers.
The challenge is available only to those who register to attend the National Convention. Applications to pitch must be submitted by 31 May 2012.
