Researchers in Fundraising's bursary scheme opens
The Researchers in Fundraising special interest group of the Institute of Fundraising is offering a bursary of up to £1,500 to enable a prospect researcher to attend the 2012 APRA International Conference in the USA in August.
The conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is the leading event for fundraisers who specialise in research and information management. The bursary is available to contribute to entry, travel and accommodation costs for the full conference.
Applications for the bursary are open to people from across the UK not-for-profit sector. They do not need to be a member of the Institute of Fundraising or the special interest group.

The deadline for applications is 30 April 2012 and a decision will be made by 2 May.
The winner will be invited to lead a short session at a future Researchers in Fundraising conference outlining their experience of the event.
This is the 4th year that Researchers in Fundraising has run bursaries.
