Epilepsy Action says that it is the first UK epilepsy charity to launch its member magazine on Amazon’s Kindle eReader. Epilepsy Today is available for purchase by Amazon customers in 100 countries from this month.

Purchasers can read it on a Kindle, on smartphones, tablets or computers using the free Kindle app.

Epilepsy Today is produced six times a year and features news on epilepsy research and treatment, features from people living with epilepsy and updates on the charity’s work.

Epilepsy magazine on Kindle

Epilepsy Action members receive the printed magazine as part of their membership, and non-members can subscribe too.

Peter Fox, editor of Epilepsy Today, said: “Epilepsy Today’s move to the Kindle platform is a milestone development. Virtual publishing is becoming common practice these days and we’re thrilled that our publication will be reaching new audiences through Amazon.”

The digital version of Epilepsy Today costs £3.99 for one issue or £17.88 for an annual subscription.
