Localgiving.com Christmas campaign offers £125,000 in matched funding

Localgiving.com, the online giving service for small local charities and community groups in the UK, today begins its Christmas Match Fund. From 09.00 it will match all donations via its site to charities in England pound for pound.
It has a pot of £125,000 with which to match funds, and it plans to use it up before the New Year. Currently 934 projects are listed which can benefit from the campaign.
Single donations between £5 and £1000 are eligible for matched funding. Charities that have paid their Localgiving.com subscriptions can receive a maximum of £2,500 in matched giving.
