FRSB celebrates supporter staff during Customer Service Week

The Fundraising Standards Board (FRSB) is marking Customer Service Week by celebrating the role of supporter care and supporter care staff, whom it describes as “often the unsung heroes of charity fundraising”.
Customer Service Week is being run from 3 to 9 October 2011 by the Institute of Customer Services.
Each day this week, the FRSB will unveil a case study of best practice in supporter care which will set out one charity’s approach to supporter care. The first case study has been provided by Breast Cancer Campaign.
FRSB, the self-regulatory body for fundraising, is urging charities to share their stories of supporter care to recognise the work supporter care staff do in building relationships with supporters and generating sustainable income streams for charity. You can email stories, or share them on Twitter with the hashtag #donorservice or on the FRSB’s LinkedIn group.

Don’t forget to share all your best practice tips on good supporter care in our LInkedIn group http://t.co/LhRMB6co #donorserviceWed Oct 05 07:45:02 via TweetDeck
