Corporate fundraising tip No 1: Don't propose cheesecake if all you have to offer is crumble

Inspired by many disappointing purchases, umpteen instances of terrible customer service plus a plethora of generally weird and/or wonderful occurrences, I thought it would be cathartic for me, and hopefully useful for some others, if I incorporated such instances into a series of witty and easy-to-remember corporate fundraising tips.

So, here we go:

Tip 1: Don’t propose cheesecake if all you have to offer is crumble, as an over-egged pudding really takes the biscuit.
