Howard Lake | 23 December 2010 | News

Distributor of electronics and maintenance products Electrocomponents plc has achieved patron status with the NSPCC. Employees in the UK have raised over £150,000 in the last ten years through payroll donation and regular charity events.
Jenni Cowlishaw, NSPCC Corporate Fundraising Manager for the Midlands said: “Continuing support from organisations like Electrocomponents means we can plan our care much better. We hope that their example will inspire others to get involved and help provide hope for so many.”
Electrocomponents was invited to join the NSPCC Family as a lifelong patron member in recognition of the significant donations made and the
long-standing support the company has provided. The company has supported the NSPCC since the start of the Full Stop Campaign in 1999 with payroll giving from employees, along with employee fundraising, heavily promoted within the Group by a strong team of Charity Champions.
