Bryan Miller, Head of Strategy and Consumer Insight at Cancer Research UK, has set up his own marketing and fundraising consultancy called Strategy Refresh.
He previously worked as a charity-specialist planning partner at WWAV Rapp Collins, is a blogger on UK Fundraising, and is a regular international speaker on consumer insight, marketing and fundraising strategy.
“After over 20 years in marketing and fundraising I decided that I fancied a new challenge, and Strategy Refresh was the result,” he told UK Fundraising.
“The name reflects what I aim to do, to apply my strategic planning experience through new creative approaches that help fundraisers take a fresh approach to their work so they’re far better equipped to cope with all the complexities today’s consumer world is going to throw at them.”
Miller’s services range from ‘fresh thinking’ workshops and other high-level strategic planning, to supporter journey planning and fundraising programme reviews, and traditional creative and campaign planning and evaluation.
His first clients include Cancer Research UK and Harvey McKinnon Associates in Canada.
