Chris Whitehouse, Managing Director, said: “This is an exciting opportunity for an organisation to get their foot in the door in Westminster and Whitehall and learn how to take their campaigning to the next level. Our team really value being able to provide a pro bono service and as the recession has had an impact on a lot of worthy organisations we anticipate increased interest in the offer”.
Deborah Jack, Chief Executive of the National Aids Trust, said: “NAT were delighted to be selected as Whitehouse’s pro bono client for 2008/9. Whitehouse have provided us with a wide range of support from expert advice on influencing the EU and UK public policy process to assistance with our 21st birthday Parliamentary reception.
“With great commitment and enthusiasm they have helped us raise the profile of HIV in the UK with key decision makers in Westminster. Even more importantly, they have given us the tools to build on this in the future”.
