Institute of Fundraising announces Gift Aid conference

The Institute of Fundraising has announced its first conference on Gift Aid. Entitled ‘Fight the Recession with Gift Aid’, it is designed to help charities increase their fundraising revenue without the need to attract new donations.
The one-day conference will take place on 9 June 2009 at Goodenough College, London, WC1.
Confirmed speakers include:
* Keith Moore, Head of HMRC Charities, HMRC
* Ian Gledhill, Compliance Manager, HMRC Charities, HMRC
* Eric Grounds, Director of Fundraising, Sue Ryder Care
* Mike Wade, Director of Fundraising and Communications, The National Deaf Children’s Society
Fees range from £175 + VAT for Institute of Fundraising members to £275 for commercial organisations.
