Institute of Fundraising survey on impact of recession

The Institute of Fundraising is asking charities to take part in a survey into the impact of the recession on charities and fundraising.
The research is being undertaken by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. It is designed to support charities’ plans for the future by looking into the potential impact of an economic slowdown, or recession, on fundraising organisations.

Lindsay Boswell, Chief Executive of the Institute of Fundraising, said: “If you haven’t already taken part in this survey, please do make this a priority over the next week. It is very important that there is as much input as possible into this piece of research work, which aims to inform understanding of the current economic climate as fully as possible.”
The closing date for contributions is 5th November 2008.
