Telephone fundraising agency PTF has raised over £200 million since being formed as an independent agency in May 2002, under the sole ownership of Creative and Managing Director Jane Cunningham.

The agency makes almost 1 million calls each year from its offices in central Brighton for clients including UNICEF, NSPCC and the British Heart Foundation. Some clients such as RSPCA, Mind and PDSA have been with the agency since the start.

Rob Reaks, PTF’s Chief Executive Officer paid tribute to Cunningham’s leadership. He said: “the telephone fundraising market is challenging and competitive; success, longevity and growth require vision and innovation. To have flourished over the past 18 years, Jane has helped generate millions in much needed funding for our clients, highly cost-effectively, without ever compromising donor care and quality. We look forward to further growth in the medium term, and are launching several exciting new initiatives in the coming months”.
