SSAFA (Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association) – Forces Help, the charity which provides support to present and past servicemen and women and their families, has appointed direct marketing agency DMS to develop its donor upgrade campaign.
DMS has been appointed to launch a regular giving upgrade appeal that is set to roll out in November.
SSAFA Forces Help will target affluent donors who have a close connection to the Armed Forces to upgrade their current cash donations to a regular monthly gift.
Liz Graham, Direct Marketing Manager at SSAFA, said: “We appointed DMS because of its profound knowledge and success in the charity sector, plus we believe DMS understands why the appeal is important to raise funds for the service men and women that are serving and have served our country and need our support”.
DMS are part of The Direct Marketing Group, other clients include Oxfam, Cats Protection, RSPB, CAFOD and The National Trust.
