Help the Aged and Age Concern England merger date announced

Howard Lake | 24 September 2008 | News

Help the Aged and Age Concern England will be creating a new charity in April 2009.

The charities are now moving to appoint a chief executive of the new organisations. Dianne Jeffrey has been appointed chair for the new organisations and takes up the new role on 1 October.

The next steps in the process will include drawing up the legal transfer agreement for final singing in 2009. As well as a new chief executive, a new board of trustees needs to be appointed and the due diligence process needs to be completed.
