National Kidney Federation (NKF), the charity run by kidney patients for kidney patients and which represents 69 regional Kidney Patient Associations, has chosen ProgressCRM from Fisk Brett to handle its supporter data.
NKF distributes its own quarterly magazine to more than 19,000 renal patients, runs a three-day conference, and campaigns for improved provision of renal treatment and patient care.
NKF selected the ProgressCRM fundraising database to help it manage campaigns and appeals, and develop relationships with all its member organisations and supporters. It will also help the charity manage all the financial processing of memberships and donations.
“We wanted to increase our support of the KPAs’ patients who are struggling to maintain their local services, and we have restructured to take on this responsibility, at the same time improving our business processes”, said Margaret Parkin. “The CRM database will be a key component of our future growth”.
