Occam launches new customer and prospect management tool

Marketing and business technology specialist Occam has launched Zebra, its new customer and prospect management tool.
It is being launched to six sectors through a variety of ‘breeds’ – Zebra Auto, Zebra Insurance, Zebra NFP and Zebra Travel & Leisure targeting respectively the automotive, financial services, not-for-profit and leisure sectors.
Zebra Communications and Zebra Recruitment will deliver specific solutions for managing customer communications across channels to drive loyalty, and managing large-scale multichannel recruitment efficiently.
Occam claims that a solution can be deployed in less than six weeks, leading to a “30% increase in targeting quality and 45% increase in campaign management efficiencies compared to traditional methods”. It adds that “Zebra can be aligned to any existing data management system, ensuring clients a seamless flow into its existing data and technology set-up”.
The software has been named Zebra because at first glance all zebras may look the same, yet each individual has unique stripes, mirroring the way a database of customers should be targeted.
