Carluccio's raises over £67,000 for Action Against Hunger

Italian caffe restaurant and foodshop Carluccio’s has raised £67,033.90 for Action Against Hunger from an auction and from sales of the company’s most popular dish, penne giardiniera.
The auction took place at the launch party for Carluccio’s flagship caffè, deli and food shop on Garrick Street, Covent Garden in September.
The balance of £49,000 was generated by the donation of 50p from each sale of penne giardiniera, Carluccio’s most popular dish since the start of the charity’s Restaurant Against
Hunger campaign in October.
