Brit Insurance Charitable Trust enters three year partnership with the British Red Cross

Brit Insurance Holdings PLC (“the Group”), the UK-domiciled international general insurer and reinsurer, has announced that The Brit Insurance Charitable Trust (“the Trust”) has entered a three year partnership with the British Red Cross, as part of the Group’s wider Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme.
The Group established the Trust in 2006. Funded from up to 0.5% of the Group’s pre-tax profit, the Trust is used to support a number of activities, a key component of which is a long-term partnership with a national charity.
