British Red Cross to benefit from Tesco campaign

Tesco has just launched its largest ever cross brand cause-related marketing campaign in order to raise funds for the British Red Cross.

The “One of Britain’s Favourites”campaign covers over 60 selected products in Tesco, with 5p from each product sold going to the British Red Cross.

Tesco estimates that the campaign will raise over £500,000 for the British Red Cross, their Charity of the Year for 2007. The campaign will run from 19 September to 2 October in all Tesco Express, Metro, Superstore and Extra stores and at Tesco.com.
