New edition of Corporate Fundraising Guide out next week

A new edition of Valerie Morton’s ‘Corporate Fundraising Guide’ will be launched by the author at the Directory of Social Change stand at the Institute of Fundraising’s annual Convention at the Hilton London Metropole on 9 July at 12.45pm.

The third edition sets out the principles of corporate fundraising and includes case histories from a wide range of charities and companies.

It will help readers decide whether corporate fundraising is an appropriate direction for their charity, develop an outline strategy, and make their first approach to companies in an appropriate way.

The author first gained experience in corporate fundraising at NSPCC where she was responsible for both the first £1 million company adoption of a charity with Asda and the development of a substantial stream of income from the then newly introduced payroll giving scheme.

In her current role as a fundraiser and consultant, Valerie has worked with many clients to develop innovative corporate partnerships and to maximise income from corporate relationships.
