Institute launches new training survey

The Institute of Fundraising has launched a new survey that aims to improve the training it provides for fundraisers.
The survey is open to any fundraiser working within a charity – not necessarily members of the IoF. The Institute says it wants to understand fundraisers’ views on professional development and the questions address issues such as motivation, ambition, types of training and qualifications.
It is also developing a new set of National Occupational Standards for fundraising which will offer a framework for fundraising training and developmentĀ and there are a number of questions around the types of qualifications fundraisers would be interested in.

The survey closes on 29 June.
