Justgiving adds new email import tool

Online fundraising site Justgiving.com has added a new tool to enable sponsored event fundraisers to promote their fundraising page to their friends, family and colleagues. Fundraisers can now import email addresses directly from their own email package straight in to the “To:” field in Justgiving’s page promotion email template.
The tool uses a plug-in built by Plaxo, and lets fundraisers import email addresses straight from Outlook, Outlook Express, AOL, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Plaxo “and pretty much anything else”.
Previously Justgiving’s users had to copy and paste addresses from their email package into the email template.
