Plaza launches new magazine for membership organisations

Howard Lake | 16 December 2006 | News

Plaza Publishing is targeting the membership market with a new magazine, ‘Membership Today’, which is aimed at chief executives and other senior personnel within membership organisations.

Plaza sees the audience for this magazine as diverse, ranging from charities, trade associations, and professional institutes, to sporting bodies, federations, trade unions, learned societies, clubs and pressure groups.

The publishing company reports recent research by The AA that found that the average UK citizen counts him/herself as a member of 17 groups or membership schemes. This is a rise from fewer than six in the mid-1990s.
