Breast Cancer Care have created a striking recruitment advert for the position of Web Content Manager. Using the content and style of Web 2.0 sites, including tags, buzz cloud, social bookmarks, the advert is a clever and amusing attempt to appeal to exactly the right kind of candidate.

Clearly Breast Cancer Care is looking for someone who understands Web 2.0 and the new, more interactive possibilities of websites. No other charity has created anything like this before that I have seen.
