It’s always good to read about entrepreneurial fundraisers, and even better to hear that they’re starting at an ever younger age. IcSurreyOnline reports that two seven-year-old twins have set up a home-made Christmas card business to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Megan and Elizabeth O’Shea, from Redhill, are planning to produce 1,000 cards and sell them in packs of 10, with profits being donated to the charity. They’re serious: they’ve even set up a community business bank account for the business. The cards will also be sold at the Redhill branch of the Woolwich during December.
