NSPCC pin badges on sale in Marks & Spencer shops

Howard Lake | 12 September 2006 | News

Marks & Spencer is supporting the NSPCC by offering FULL STOP pin badges for sale throughout its shops in England and Wales.

The pin badges will be on sale at till points from Marks & Spencer’s childrenswear departments during the ‘back-to-school’ season – a time when many parents are passing through the store. The badges cost £1, all of which will be donated to the charity.

Angela Blunden, Childrenswear Marketing Manager at Marks & Spencer, said: “We continue to enjoy a successful partnership with the NSPCC and this latest venture aims to build on the substantial amount of money our customers have raised for the charity to date.

“The pin badges are a quick and easy way for our childrenswear shoppers to contribute to this worthy cause and help vulnerable children whilst getting organised for the new school year.”

During the ‘back-to-school’ period branches of Marks & Spencer in Scotland will be selling CHILDREN 1ST pin badges, while the ISPCC will benefit from sales of its pin badges in the Republic of Ireland stores.
