Progress CRM ‘Third Wednesday’ Seminars

Howard Lake | 14 August 2006 | Newswire

Fisk Brett has just announced new ‘training’ seminars on its Progress CRM in central London.
Created for organisations in the not-for-profit sector to see Progress CRM in action, the seminars are also ideal for existing users who may want to add additional functionality.
Although the events have the full title of ‘See Progress CRM in action – the integrated contact management software for not-for-profits‘, the company reckons that they’ll become widely known as Fisk Brett’s ‘Third Wednesday’ seminars. As you can guess, it’s due to the seminars being held the third Wednesday of every month.
Three dates are already fixed for 2006; Wednesday 20 September, Wednesday 18 October and Wednesday 15 November. After a short break for Christmas, they will then continue throughout 2007.
Times will be 9.30am for 10am – closing around 1pm
Participants will see demonstrations of how Progress, the supporter-centric customer relationship management software (CRM) for charities, can engage them with their supporters.
Additional ‘Progress CRM modules’ sessions are being held from 2pm-4pm for those that would like to stay, or visitors will be welcome to come just to these afternoon sessions, which will be constantly changing subject to requests.
The free seminars, which will be held at Intellect at 10-12 Russell Square London, are organised by Fisk Brett, the customer-focused provider of contact management software and services to organisations in the not-for-profit sector.
Places are limited, so prebooking is essential by calling 01903 879379 or email sa***@fi*******.uk
