Biffaward reaches £80 million mark

In less than nine years Biffaward has awarded £80 million to more than 1,000 environmental and community projects across the whole of the UK.
Biffaward is a multi-million pound environment fund managed by the Royal Society of Wildlife Trusts, which utilises landfill tax credits donated by Biffa Waste Services.
Biffaward funding has enabled the creation and upgrading of numerous new children’s play areas, green spaces, community halls, public buildings and visitor centres. Funding has, in the past, also supported a whole range of waste and research programmes and is now supporting vital biodiversity enhancements work across the country.
