Charity shop finds Lennon autograph

Howard Lake | 26 March 2006 | News

A British Red Cross shop worker in Swansea spotted a cloakroom ticket with what could be John Lennon’s signature on it, stuffed in a bin bag of donated items.

The autograph was tucked into a photograph and its significance was not spotted at first. However, a local dealer has examined the ticket and the shop hopes it can raise over £1,000 at auction.
