Paul Cater has joined Blackbaud as customer services manager for its European ticketing division. The software and services company for nonprofits launched its ticketing operation in April 2005 when it took over the distribution, support, and development of the SRO ticketing and marketing system, now being sold as The Patron Edge.

Paul’s focus will be to ensure that both new and existing clients are using The Patron Edge to maximize ticket sales and effectively manage both their patrons and venues.

He has extensive experience in the training and support of ticketing systems. He has spent more than 12 years working within the industry with organisations such as Tickets.com and Dataculture, and in venues including the Hammersmith Odeon, The Castle in Wellinborough, and The Anvil in Basingstoke.
