New Gift Aid course from Barry Gower and Howard Lake

UK Fundraising’s Howard Lake and GAIN’s Barry Gower are presenting a new one-day training course in May entitled “Getting the most from Gift Aid – offline and online”.
The new course is designed to help fundraisers and charity staff maximise their organisation’s s income from Gift Aid.
The one-day course will take place on Monday 8 May 2006 at the Friends Meeting House, Euston, London.

In the morning section, Barry Gower will provide an introduction to Gift Aid for individual donors, covering issues such as the Gift Aid declaration, Gift Aid processing, and the benefit rules – what can and can’t be Gift Aided.
In the afternoon, Howard Lake will cover how to raise more online with Gift Aid, including online donations and who can help you handle them, event sponsorship, and other fundraising activities e.g. eBay.
