TV chef Antony Worrall Thompson has created a healthy menu this week for staff at financial services company Prudential’s office in Stirling, and for every lunch they buy the company will make a donation to the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign, its Charity of the Year.

Prudential’s Health Eating Week runs from 9 to 13 January 2006.

Antony Worrall Thompson said: “This week Pru staff can try my seared soy glazed tuna with Asian crunch salad for lunch, and for every meal purchased a donation will be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign. It’s healthy, delicious and all for a good cause.”
