Pleased with the audience numbers at The Institute of Fundraising’s first new media conference in September this year, the event will be run again on 31 January 2006 in London.

The one-day conference once again covers using email, online, TV and SMS to deliver fundraising campaigns. Both fundraisers and commercial providers will present, including representatives from Oxfam, Comic Relief, Justgiving, Macmillan Cancer Relief, Medecins Sans Frontieres UK, Help a London Child, and the Community Channel.

UK Fundraising’s Howard Lake will once again be taking part in the panel discussion on the day. The event will be chaired by Sarah Hughes of new media consultancy Charity 21, who chaired the Institute’s new ‘Fundraising Using Electronic Media’ Code.
