Webb Ivory helps charities raise over £2.8 million

Howard Lake | 11 September 2005 | News

In 2004 fundraising catalogue company Webb Ivory helped charities and local community groups such as churches, schools, and Scout and Guide units to raise over £2.8 million from its Christmas 2004 catalogue.

Webb Ivory was set up over 40 years ago to provide fundraisers with a fun and hassle-free way of raising funds. The Accrington-based company produces a catalogue full of Christmas items such as cards, wrap, gifts, educational toys and a range of personalised items. The catalogues are then distributed by fundraisers to their supporters, and up to 25% of the total value of orders placed goes directly to their good cause.

The more catalogues that a group distributes, the more funds its is likely to raise. For the past few years, the company has been accepting orders online as well as by phone or post.
