ACEVO, Third Sector, Action Planning and John Pepin & Associates have joined forces to organise a conference to help charities escape depending on grants by generating sustainable streams of earned income.

The ‘Earned income for charities’ conference will be held in the Great Hall of Imperial College London on 29 September 2005 and will bring together the Charity Commission, charities which have succeeded in generating streams of earned income and business leaders for the commercial world to share their expertise of launching and growing businesses.

The programme will include case studies from the chief executives of charities which are generating fast-growing streams of earned income.
