New funding website for Northern Ireland

The Department of Social Development in Northern Ireland recently launched a new website that pulls together funding information across government departments. The website was developed by the DSD’s Voluntary Community Unit.
The site provides four types of informaton:
— Available government grants
— Detail on voluntary and community organisations
— Grant applications from voluntary and community organisations
— Grants made to voluntary and community organisations
Future plans for the site are to enable users to find funds and apply for them online, track the progress of their application and submit monitoring reports.
