New Professional Development Manager at A&B

Arts & Business, the national charity dedicated to encouraging new and sustainable relationships between business and the arts, has appointed Ranjit Matharu as Professional Development Manager.
Ranjit’s role will include implementing and supporting the delivery of three key services: Board Bank, which recruits experienced business people to serve as non-executive directors on the boards of arts organisations; Skills Bank, a service enabling business people to share their specialist skills and knowledge with arts organisations project by project; and Mentoring Programme, a service matching business people to arts managers to provide professional support and development on a one-to-one basis, in London.
Ranjit previously worked for the Arts Council England.
