Johnnie Walker Foundation email scam

Charities are being approached by the “Johnnie Walker Charity Foundation Heritage Trust” with an offer to donate $2.3 million. Needless to say, it’s a scam.
The fictitious trust claims in the email message that it is “celebrating our 184 years anniversary.” The trust then offered $2.3 million “in conjunction with the British Council”.
The latter have confirmed it has nothing to do with them, so it is clearly a scam of some sort.
