Sustainable Funding Project's fifth Annual Gathering announced

The Sustainable Funding Project at the National Council for Voluntary Organisations (NCVO) will be holding its fifth annual gathering in May 2005 with the focus on “finding the right balance”.

The Annual Gathering will be held at NCVO in London on 17 May 2005. Speakers include Geoff Mulgan, Director of the Young Foundation and former Head of Policy at Number 10, who will “survey the emerging funding policyscape”; Mark Powell, Chief Executive of In My Back Yard; and Ian Bruce, Director of the Centre for Charity Effectiveness at Cass Business School will explore how to showcase an organisation’s work.

There will be breakout sessions on engaged funding, finance, public service delivery, planning, and outcomes.

The fee for NCVO members is £110 with voluntary and public sector non-members paying £137.50.

Founded in 2000, the Sustainable Funding Project encourages and enables voluntary and community organisations to explore and exploit a full range of funding options to develop a sustainable mix of funding streams.
