EU to call for proposals under Combat social exclusion programme
The European Union has announced that it will launch the next call for proposals under the Combat social exclusion (2002-2006) programme in mid April.
The call will aim to support key European-level networks of organisations involved in the fight against poverty and social exclusion. The aim of this call will be to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Member States’ policies to combat social exclusion.
The programme supports and underpins the social inclusion process, by encouraging the participation of and promoting dialogue with the various actors involved in the fight against poverty and social exclusion as well as at promoting innovate approaches, in particular through networking at European level.
